I have bought and sold houses several times in my life. Dealing with The Geronsins was the best experience I have ever had! They delivered on every promise, starting with bringing in a professional to stage the house. What a difference that made! Then they had a professional photographer take the pictures including a shot from a drone which was awesome! The brochure they designed made our house so attractive it resulted in several realtors bringing in qualified buyers. In just 2 weeks, we received a good offer and The Geronsins made the transaction go smoothly helping us every step of the way, including negotiating for repair work that was needed to close the sale. The Geronsins were awesome to work with!

This is the fifth house we have sold and was the best overall selling experience we have ever had! We’ve unfortunately experienced the “List and Leave” disappointing realtors with less than promised results in the past and carried that same fear in finding an agent to sell our home in Yorba Linda. We went through a rigorous interviewing process and chose The Geronsins as a clear standout. They listen. They spend the time to know you and your goals and develop a personal strategy that fits your needs. We truly felt like we had someone in our corner who looked out for us and also was extremely knowledgeable and was not afraid to advise us on the best course of actions. Throughout the entire process, they delivered more than expected. You can tell from their unusually high energy and confidence that they love their business but what we appreciated more than anything was how customer focused they were. You can’t argue with success and this team defines success and customer satisfaction. Interview them, listen and list. I do not think you will do better than having The Geronsins on your team. They are World Class Professionals.

Jerry & Dianna Bush

A big thank you to The Geronsins for such a positive experience selling our house! We immediately had a feeling of confidence based on the level of professionalism, how the whole process was explained right up front, every question answered to our satisfaction, how efficiently things were taken care of, and the caring approach knowing this can be a stressful time. The team members who handled various things in our home and the office staff were great people to work with. After our house sold quickly and at a fair price, Genelle worked closely with the realtor and escrow company for the property we were purchasing to make sure everything was taken care of. We highly recommend The Geronsins!

Thank you, George! We had a unique home that required a specific buyer — not an easy task. He stuck with us and persevered in getting our home sold, professionally and patiently looking for creative ways to market our home while keeping us informed. He wasn’t hesitant to include us in looking for creative ways to reach the right buyers. In the end, we received two offers in the same week, and George skillfully helped us negotiate through the process. After the sale, George kept in touch, making sure things went as expected and that we were settled in our new home. We continue to value our relationship with George as a respected professional, and now as a friend.

Rama & Rajini Iyer

We recently listed and successfully sold our $2M+ Peralta Hills home with The Geronsins in 34 days! After an earlier, unsuccessful attempt to sell our home with another agent, we interviewed several agents before relisting the property. When we met with Carole, Genelle & George, we were very impressed with their expertise, knowledge of the local areas, their marketing prowess (particularly online marketing) and above all their extraordinary sales record for several years in the North Orange County area. Carole, Genelle & George have different areas of expertise and interest in real estate but work seamlessly together as a team. All three of them have a good sense of what the buyers are looking for and are able to tune the property (with very little expense) to appeal to these buyers. Genelle really transformed the way our property looked with subtle but meaningful changes. George and Carole worked with the buyers in closing the deal that resulted in the sale. Pam, Jennifer, Steven and Maria from The Geronsin team provided excellent support so that Carole, Genelle and George could focus on selling the property. We highly recommend The Geronsins and their team to those looking to maximize their sales price while minimizing the time on the market. The Geronsins exceeded our expectations!

Michael & Lisa Pacheco

We had a great experience working with The Geronsins to sell our house. George came highly regarded and lived up to the recommendation. He was extremely knowledgeable about the industry and our local market. He did a great job guiding us through the whole process. George was easy to reach and was involved in every step. He was supportive yet knew when to bring in his perspective and recommendations. He skillfully helped us negotiate a successful deal. We would highly recommend The Geronsins to anyone looking for great real estate professionals to sell your home.
